雖然這是一首心碎的歌曲，但是歌曲背後更隱藏著珍貴且深厚的友誼。

這首歌是製作人陶山老師剛失戀，買了從台灣到西雅圖的單程機票，在飛機上寫的，他回到家和The Empire團員聚會時，團員們加上更多歌詞和idea，用歡樂的氣氛玩出了這一首歌曲，安慰當時情傷的陶山老師。

而這段故事還有後續的發展，陶山老師沒有放棄想追回當時的女友，現在他們已經結婚九年，而且有兩個小孩了，完全是有著快樂結局的真實歌曲呀～

人生道路上難免遇到挫折，但是不要怕，總有一群好朋友會陪著你，
更要相信自己，不要放棄就會有希望！
